10:00-11:30     Discussed pacing for the remainder of the school year. We are all on track to complete standards according to Common Core State Standards. We shared our plan for pacing for the remainder of the school year. 

We are addressing skills and reteaching during win groups. The whole team has shared areas of growth in their specific subject area. For example, students need reteaching in the area of order of operations, which is being taught in our Algebraic Thinking intervention group taught by Mrs. Harris. 

12:30-2:00     Discussed progress with WIN groups and data we have gathered so far. We talked about next steps as far as interventions are concerned. We shared some instructional strategies to help our students master specific skills we are targeting during intervention times. Mr. Jones let us know from the data he has gathered during math class, what specific areas he is seeing deficits in. For example, he let the teachers know who are working on numbers and operations that students need work on multiple digit division using the partial quotient strategy. 

Worked on the development of common assessments. Writing and Math are complete and ready to be reviewed by the team for areas of improvement and question development. Social Studies and Reading common assessments are still in the works, but we made good progress today. We have begun to take the assessments to check for errors. 

Discussed next year grouping of students for middle school.
